NEW! Wisdom Legacy
Have you ever heard of a legacy letter, a spiritual will, an ethical will?
While it is called by many names, the end result is a collection of your spiritual wisdom.
It is how you made meaning in the messiness of life. This wisdom collection can be solely for self reflection, for someone you mentor, for your family or even for a friend. You can collect your wisdom stories only in memory or write them down. It is entirely up to you.
By sharing wisdom stories, we learn from others and refine our own wisdom. Before each group you will receive a series of questions to consider. The sessions will consider such questions as 1) spiritual lessons learned or unlearned from family; 2) your biggest challenge in life and how you handled it. 3) What wisdom do you have to share about love? about romantic love, about friendship? about keeping people in your life or cutting them out? 4) how did you find what really made you happy in life? Does it or does it not have anything to do with being a “good” person? 5) how do you want to be remembered? Is this even important in sharing spiritual wisdom? How would you sum up the most important bit of spiritual wisdom to share? The group will have a covenant of confidentiality.
