Eliot Chapel's Rolling Roadmap
Eliot’s Rolling Roadmap is a three-year rolling strategic plan defining goals for each church year, in alignment with Eliot’s stated Mission, Vision, Values, and Ends.
The Rolling Roadmap is a living document, collaboratively developed by the Board (responsible for high-level goals) with the lead minister (responsible for implementation) at the beginning of each church year. Goals defined in the document may not include all efforts important to Eliot’s mission but rather will focus on a strategic few chosen to drive us forward. This is meant to inspire collective action and should not discourage bringing new ideas to the attention of the lead minister.
