Women's Voices Raised for Social Justice and Eliot's Social Justice Team join hands to host the next film in the social justice film series, an episode from the PBS show "Story in the Public Square." The narrator is Rebekah Caruthers, President of The Fair Elections Center. She will explain the national challenges that we are facing as voters. After the film there will be a discussion with Eric Fey, the Democratic Director of Elections for St. Louis County since 2015. He dedicated himself to public service when he became an election judge at 19. He also worked for the St. Louis County Council for four years as an administrative assistant before becoming the Director of Elections. He enjoys volunteering as an observer for elections in many countries. 

Also taking part in the discussion after the film is Rick Stream, the Republican Director of Elections for St. Louis County. Rick has been married to his wife Ellen for over 50 years. They have four children and four grandchildren. He is a former naval officer. A lifelong resident of Kirkwood, Rick previously represented the city and surrounding communities as a Republican member of the Missouri House of Representatives.
