Shared Plate: THISTL, October 2026

Every Sunday, Eliot Chapel shares half of the offertory with an organization in the community whose work reflects our shared values. This is one way that we care for our community and our neighbors. We are very pleased that October's recipient is THISTL.


THISTL (Trans Housing Initiative St. Louis) is a trans-led organization committed to tackling systemic injustices in housing that transgender people face in the St. Louis region. THISTL’s vision is to build equitable access to shelter, housing, and home-ownership for transgender and gender-expansive humans. They strive to end homelessness and housing instability for trans and gender expansive adults. Learn more at thi-stl.org.
