We are pleased to share that Eliot Chapel successfully sold Dr. Chad Keller’s house in December 2025 for $270,000. Many thanks to Teri Nicely for representing Eliot Chapel throughout this transaction.

The net proceeds from the sale totaled $230,674. While this amount was slightly lower than originally anticipated due to inspection findings that required sewer infrastructure repairs and mold mitigation, the final result came close to our initial estimates.

The proceeds have been allocated as follows:

Static Allocations:

• Chad’s 2025–2026 Pledge: $5,500
• Scholarship Fund: $5,000

Remaining Proceeds:

• Endowment (82%): $180,543
• Capital Improvement Fund (13%): $28,623
• Religious Education Staffing (5%): $11,009
