TREASURER'S REPORT

Ann Lemon and Brian Franklin gave the Treasurer’s report. We are doing well with pledges. The financial dashboards are on the Eliot website.

MINISTERIAL INTERN

Eliot will have a ministerial intern in the coming year: Eden Johnson. He will be here a quarter time getting his UU credentials. The Blankey Fund will support this effort. Information about all of Eliot’s funds may be found on the Eliot website.

COMMON GROUND COVENANT GROUPS

Five facilitators have been found to start new covenant groups to serve new members and Starting Point graduates. 

BOARD POSITIONS

Jennifer Stauber, who will be serving as Prior Chair for 2026-27, has generously agreed to also act as Board Secretary. Thank you, Jennifer!

ROLLING ROADMAP

The Board and staff mutually evaluated their respective effectiveness at achieving the goals of the 2025-26 Rolling Roadmap.
