Thoughtful Question:  Rebecca asked: How can we bring our UU faith to bear on the questionable actions of this administration?  The Board could have spent the entire meeting discussing this question!

Our Eliot:  The Board discussed our policy of living with one another in right relation, known as Our Eliot, which supports congregational conflict resolution and healthy communication.  The Board is looking for volunteers with experience in conflict management to form a committee to revamp this process. 

Data Dashboards:  Brian has created new and improved dashboards to provide historical and current data about our church.  Current dashboards include: Membership, Worship and RE Attendance, Pledge Campaigns, Communications, Financial Summary, and UU Common Endowment Fund.  These are all available for Eliot members to explore in the membership section of the website. 

Open Question Conversations: Matthew and Bob summarized what was heard during our 2nd Open Question discussions and will send a summary communication out to the congregation soon. The Board will dig into these summaries during our Winter Retreat (March 28, 2026) as we plan for the new Rolling Roadmap goal.
