An immigrant from Colombia, Felipe Torres Medina earned five Emmy nominations for his writing on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. In this witty and insightful book, he uses humor to illuminate the often confusing pathways to immigrating to the United States, making a complex system more understandable and deeply human.
