Covenant Groups are one of the best ways to explore your spirituality, experience Unitarian Universalism in action, make friends, and serve the community. 

The basis of covenant groups is the covenant. We promise to make our gatherings a priority, to respect and love each other, to listen to each other, and to support each other as we grow. 

Groups meet regularly to explore spiritual topics of their choice. Deep Listening is a central practice in participating in covenant groups. Each person takes a turn in a sacred space to share what is happening in their lives, often in relation to a theme. Soul Matters Sharing Circle (a resource-sharing UU collaborative) is often the source for the themes. Some groups use a specific focus for their group. For example, there is a Humanist Group and a Soul Writing group.

Groups do a service project for Eliot or the wider community once or twice a year.
