- Posted on the bulletin board at Eliot Chapel
- Projected on the screen in the sanctuary during the meeting
Please contact the front office prior to the meeting if you require a hard copy.
How to Participate
All members and friends are invited to attend, and all verified members have 3 ways to vote:
- In Person: you can attend the meeting on Sunday, November 16.
- By Proxy: you can appoint a proxy to cast a vote on your behalf (see information below).
- On Zoom: you can attend via Zoom on Sunday, November 16, where, as a confirmed member, you can cast your vote virtually. You must check in by 12:45 PM, before the 1:00 PM start time of the meeting to be verified and to receive instructions on how to cast your vote. The link to join the meeting was sent in an email to members. If you are a member and did not receive it, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, contact the front office before Friday, November 14 at 3:00 pm.
Appointing a Proxy
A proxy form must be submitted to the Board Secretary, Rebecca Taylor, no later than noon on Thursday, November 13. Proxy cards are available as a download in the email sent to members. Paper copies are also available on the table outside the front office. Please check the email sent to members for the proxy procedure.
Confirm Your Membership
Only members of record will be allowed to vote. The term “Member" is defined in our bylaws, a copy of which is available at eliotchapel.org. An online list of current members in good standing was linked in the email to members; a list is also posted in the hallway outside Adams Hall, so that congregants may check to make sure they are listed as members.
If you are a member and you do not find your name on the list,
please contact the Director of Business Administration at
admin@eliotchapel.org no later than 72 hours before the meeting begins, by Thursday, November 13 at Noon.
We hope to see you there!
Yours in faith, The Board of Trustees
Jennifer Stauber (Chair), Matthew Hull (Chair-Elect), Ann Lemon (Treasurer), Rebecca Taylor (Secretary), Rev. Krista Taves (Ex-Officio), Kathy Brunts, Bob Becker and David T. Cox (Members at Large)
