New Attitudinal Healing Group Forming

Attitudinal Healing St. Louis. Love embracing, life changing!

Are you ready to begin the path to your transformation?

Attitudinal Healing
, as practical spirituality, frees the mind from the pain of the past and the fear of the future so that anyone, regardless of circumstances, can embrace their life and relationships with joy. Integrating the practices of The Principles of Attitudinal Healing as identified in Gerald Jampolsky’s book Teach Only Love, we are a safe place where trained facilitators will help you shift thoughts of fear to love in a confidential and caring setting. Each facilitator is trained through Attitudinal Healing International and brings unique skills and life experiences to their facilitation. Your transformation will be embraced and strengthened as ordinary people participate in extraordinary support groups.

Our vision is to build a community where we are inspired to live a life of love-based thinking, choosing peace over conflict, compassion over indifference, and love over fear in all aspects of our daily lives.

At Eliot, Attitudinal Healing is offered two ways:

Monthly Saturday Gatherings

Attitudinal Healing St. Louis holds a Saturday monthly gathering from 10 AM to Noon in Adams Hall. The date for each meeting is determined based on the availability of our facilitators. We select the date at least a month in advance and send an announcement to our email list as well as post the information through Eliot's communication channels. The Teach Only Love: The Twelve Principles of Attitudinal Healing book is used as a reference during the meetings, along with the 12 Principles, and group interaction guidelines.

8-Week Educational and Application Series

We offer this 8-week series of classes to a group of up to 10 participants, with the purpose of teaching and applying the 12 Principles of Attitudinal Healing from the book Teach Only Love: The Twelve Principles of Attitudinal Healing by Attitudinal Healing founder Gerald Jampolsky, MD. The principles give participants practical tools to help each person find their own answers, inner strength, and peace of mind. Studying, processing, sharing, and practicing these principles together helps everyone. We offer this popular series 2-3 times a year. We keep an ongoing list of interested participants and determine the dates and meeting times based on the potential participants’ preferences.
